Return & Exchange Policy

At Middleton Made we want to make sure that all our customers are happy with their purchase. However, if you  are not we have a 28 day return policy. 

• Items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging.

• We ask all our customs to kindly complete the returns/exchange form, or include a note with your name, address, email, telephone number, customer number and with what and why you are returning the item.   

• The customer is responsible for paying returns postage.  

• Please note that postage is non refundable.

• If your item is damaged when received, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us about the damage, we must be notified within 3 working days of the delivery date for damage for claims to be considered.
